Email Policy

The University provides electronic mail (email) for use by students, faculty, and staff. Email services are extended for the sole use of University students, faculty, and staff and other appropriately authorized users to accomplish tasks related to and consistent with the mission of the University. Full Sail routinely uses email for both formal and informal communication, including emergency messages, with students, faculty, and staff. This account must be used for any and all communication to and among students, faculty, and staff as well as departments, offices, and units on University matters or business. All students, faculty, and staff are required to check their email regularly for University communications.
